Services
Vallarta Elopement coordinates symbolic beach ceremonies and related services in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, as described on each package page. Legal ceremonies, counsel, translation and transportation are quoted separately.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN). A deposit of $320 USD holds your date and is paid online by card through a secure checkout. The balance is due before the ceremony as confirmed in your booking email.
No refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable, including the $320 USD deposit, venue scouting tours and coordination fees. If you need to change your date, contact us as early as possible and we will help you find the best option, subject to availability.
Weather
We monitor the forecast with you and may move the ceremony to the best window or a backup setting.
Third-party vendors
Some services are delivered by independent vendors such as officiants, photographers and venues. Their availability and conditions are confirmed with you before the event.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us for the affected service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico and the courts of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco.
