What is already included
Every package covers the essentials so there are no surprises on the day.
- A wedding planner who coordinates everything
- An English-speaking officiant and a beautiful beach setting
- A photographer
- Bouquet, boutonniere and a ceremony arch
- In Golden Hour and Tropical Luxury: a sparkling toast and a wedding cake; in Tropical Luxury: floral décor, a first-look session and a dinner for two
What usually costs extra
Some items depend on your plans, so we quote them separately and only if you want them.
- The legal ceremony: counsel, translation and paperwork
- Transportation for you and your guests
- Extra flowers and décor beyond your package
- A second photographer or a videographer
- Hair and makeup, a reception or a dinner for guests
- Flights and hotels for you and your guests
How to keep it affordable
A few choices make a big difference without losing the magic.
- Pick a weekday: the Seaside Elopement package is available Sunday to Friday
- Choose a date outside the busiest months (see our guide to the best time to marry)
- Keep the guest list small: intimate ceremonies are what we do best
- Do a symbolic ceremony here and the legal paperwork at home if you prefer
Deposit and payments
The deposit is paid online by card and all payments are final and non-refundable. If you need to change your date, tell us as early as possible and we will help you find the best option.
Cost by guest count
The biggest cost driver is how many people you invite. Food, drinks, chairs and transport all grow with each guest, while the ceremony itself stays about the same. An elopement keeps the day simple and the budget predictable.
